It seems that there are a lot of strength gyms that kicked open their doors after they were "un-invited" from their previous facilities... and we aren't too different in that sense. Not every place likes the sound of 500 lbs of iron hitting the ground, but we do.

In 2018, we found ourselves in need of a place to do what we love to do, and fate lead us into the basement of a former bodybuilding gym on the west end of Davenport. It wasn't a lot, but it was exactly what we needed.

As we found out, the Quad Cities area is home to a lot of very strong, passionate people. Our gym family has grown further than we ever expected. In just a few short years, we outgrew our original location and moved about a mile down the road into a former elementary school gymnasium. We've added new equipment, upgraded old equipment, and gained some amazing new members. 

 

Everyone who walks in our doors becomes family. And in this family, we train together, learn together, grow together, and support each other the entire way.
